Spiritica is an Italian niche perfume house founded by Daniele Muratori Caputo, who also goes by the name NasoDani. It presents itself under the tagline "Paranormal Luxury Scents", and its fragrances are built around stories of places, mysteries and taboo subjects rather than conventional prettiness. The business is run by the Italian company SPIRITICA SRL [10].

The house is very young. Its first perfumes appeared in 2024 and new releases have followed every year since, with two more scents announced in 2026 [14]. Its catalogue remains small, and much of its identity rests on the founder's personal concept and on the way each perfume is packaged and named.

## Origin & founders

Daniele Muratori Caputo is the founder and creative director of Spiritica. On the company's own website he describes himself as a lyrical baritone, product designer and "fragrance trendsetter", as well as someone who spreads knowledge about scent [3]. The fragrance database ScentVerdict notes that the brand grew out of this crossover background in music, design and perfumery.

The founding date is not fixed in the sources. The brand's own website gives no founding year. The San Francisco perfumery ZGO describes Spiritica as a house "founded in 2024" [13]. ScentVerdict also lists 2024 as the founding year, but its own text says the launch took place in Milan in 2023 or 2024, with a public rollout tied to the Esxence fragrance fair in 2024 [12]. The earliest perfumes listed for the brand on the database Parfumo carry the year 2024.

Muratori Caputo has explained the project in personal terms. According to the brand's website, he created Spiritica out of love for perfume and for his own life experiences, so that others could take the same "inner journey" he had taken himself [4].

## History & milestones

The first collection, which the founder calls Illuminata, set the pattern for the house. Parfumo lists five perfumes from 2024: Mangomacumba, Suscepto, Weon, Leonarda and Atmayatra [14]. Most of them belong to Illuminata, while Leonarda is now part of the Crime Collection.

Three further perfumes followed in 2025: Lynch aka Smoked Styrax, Yuzuyakuza and Jeffrey. Of all the house's perfumes, Lynch aka Smoked Styrax has drawn the most ratings on Parfumo.

In 2026 the brand expanded Illuminata with Weona, which Parfumo describes as an aquatic-fruity unisex fragrance inspired by the landscape of Patagonia and the coast of Chiloé [14]. A second new perfume, Rosanostra, also appeared that year. By then the house's range had grown to around ten perfumes.

## Philosophy & positioning

The core idea of Spiritica is that each perfume records a real experience. On the Illuminata collection page, Muratori Caputo writes that every fragrance in the first collection holds a "photograph" of a striking experience he had years earlier at a precise point on Earth. The exact coordinates of that place are printed on the packaging [4].

The founder says he does not want to explain these experiences in detail or describe the places for the buyer. Instead, he writes, he wants people to investigate the locations themselves out of curiosity. The company describes each place as one with high spiritual energy, where paranormal phenomena linked to the idea of enlightenment are said to occur often.

The Paris concept store Nose summarises the approach in similar terms. It writes that each scent is inspired by places the founder has explored that are marked by unexplained phenomena or unsettling feelings, and that these are presented as lived experiences, not imagined stories [11]. Nose calls the result an "almost mediumistic" kind of perfumery.

The Illuminata bottles also carry a visual theme. They come in red, blue and green, the three colours of a computer screen, and the founder says the choice is meant to make people think about how spiritual life today mixes with the digital world around it.

Beyond the paranormal, the house leans into darker and more provocative themes. ScentVerdict describes Spiritica as an extrait house, meaning it works with high-concentration perfume, and says its style is theatrical and centred on taboo subjects such as the occult and crime. The brand's own copy, by contrast, stresses a passion for the art of perfumery and the use of top-grade ingredients.

## Products & innovation

The range is grouped into four collections on the brand's website:

- **Illuminata Collection** – Weona, Atmayatra, Suscepto and Weon, the house's first and most personal line
- **Oscurata Collection** – Rosanostra, Mangomacumba and Yuzuyakuza
- **Golden Collection** – Lynch aka Smoked Styrax
- **Crime Collection** – Jeffrey and Leonarda

The company also sells a discovery kit of eight sample vials, along with scarves and small pouches named after individual perfumes.

The most unusual feature of the house is the cap used on the Illuminata bottles. It is made of resin mixed with a glow-in-the-dark blend that soaks up light during the day and gives it back through the night. According to Spiritica, the blend was patented by a company called Only the dreamers, and the cap itself is exclusive to Spiritica and may not be copied [5]. The founder links the cap to the occult side of the collection and suggests leaving the whole bottle out under a full moon.

Although Muratori Caputo signs many of the perfumes himself, Spiritica works with a wider group of perfumers. Parfumo credits Miguel Matos, Arturetto Landi, Leonardo Opali, Paolo Cerizza, Daniele Cerroni, Luca Maffei and Lorenzo Orlandi Berti alongside the founder [14].

## Current status

Spiritica is active. In 2026 its homepage listed Rosanostra, Weona and Yuzuyakuza for pre-order and Jeffrey and Lynch aka Smoked Styrax for immediate order [1].
