Summary

Overview

BJH is a small Swiss-registered brand of dietary supplements and skincare, run by BJH - Natur- und Resonanzforschung AG in Zug. Its products are developed and made in Germany, and the company presents them as "oxygen products from German research", built on a naturopathic worldview that links oxygen, metabolism and what it calls "resonances". Most of its catalogue is supplements; the skincare side is a short line of creams, an eye serum and an oral-care fluid sold under the heading of oxygen cosmetics.

The brand's timeline has two anchor points that should not be confused. Its website claims German research dating back to 1998 [1], while the operating company was entered in the Swiss commercial register in October 2003 [9]. BJH does not publish a founding date of its own, and no independent press coverage of the brand is documented. The company remains active.

Origin & founders

The three letters of the name are explained by the company itself as an acronym of its guiding ideas: Biologische Prozesse (biological processes), Jahrelange Forschung (years of research) and Heilende Naturverfahren (healing natural methods). BJH says it stands behind its products "with our name" on the strength of those three words.

The company describes itself as based in Switzerland and working mainly in cooperation with the Institut für Natur- und Resonanzforschung, an institute for nature and resonance research in Germany [2]. According to BJH, product development draws on the experience of researchers, scientists and health practitioners. The institute's name closely mirrors that of the company, and its independence from BJH has not been established.

No public source names the people who started the brand. The company's legal notice lists Ralf Adrian Boom as its board member [3], and the Swiss commercial register names him as board member and authorized signatory. The notice gives the company's seat as Bahnhofstrasse 18 in Zug, and names a service and logistics partner for the European Union, Info- und Logistik BH&D & Co. KG, based in Springe in Lower Saxony, Germany [3].

The 1998 date appears on the brand's homepage as "German research since 1998", next to the statement that the products are made in Germany. The site does not present it as the year the business was founded. The legal entity, by contrast, carries a firm date: BJH - Natur- und Resonanzforschung AG, a Swiss company limited by shares, has been registered in the canton of Zug since 8 October 2003 [9]. This article therefore treats 1998 as the brand's own claim about the start of its research and 2003 as the registration of the company that sells the products today.

History & milestones

Beyond these two dates, the brand's public history is thin, and most of what can be traced comes from the Swiss commercial register rather than from the company's own communications.

The registered purpose of the company is broad. It covers nature and resonance research together with the sale and manufacture of a wide spread of goods, described as natural, resonance, energetic, pharmaceutical, therapeutic, dietary, mineral, philosophical or holistic, and decorative products. The same entry also allows the company to offer books, teaching materials, trips and training courses linked to that purpose, to hold stakes in other companies and to buy and sell property.

In 2021 the company reorganized its share structure. A register publication in May 2021 recorded the conversion of its capital into 100 registered shares of CHF 1,000 each, and in August 2021 the share capital was doubled from CHF 50,000 to CHF 100,000 [9].

The most recent register change dates from December 2025, when the company's registered address moved to Bahnhofstrasse 19 in Zug. The brand's own legal notice, dated July 2025, still gives the neighbouring number 18. Both place the company in the same street in Zug; only the house number differs.

Philosophy & positioning

BJH frames its work in health terms before beauty terms. Its stated mission is to be "a source of health", and the company says that health comes first in everything it does. Skincare is presented as one part of a larger idea: the brand argues that outer attractiveness always depends on inner balance, and it pairs its creams with supplements meant to support the body from within.

The company says its products rest on three pillars: oxygen, metabolism and resonances. It links each to a principle of life, describing oxygen as energy, metabolism as the material side of the body, and resonances as information. In the same vein, BJH describes its product development as based on "CBM medicine", which it defines as chrono-biological and mitochondrial medicine that takes energetic resonances into account, and on "ERR therapy", short for energetic resonance regeneration therapy [2]. These are the company's own terms, drawn from alternative and naturopathic practice rather than from conventional dermatology.

The brand calls its products "the original" and describes them as proven in practice and designed to work in a supportive, naturopathic way. It also presents them as suitable alongside therapeutic treatment and easy to combine with other substances. BJH describes its own quality as premium, but no independent source places the brand in a particular market tier.

Products & innovation

By volume, BJH is mainly a supplement company. Its shop is dominated by dietary supplements, including a gut-flora product with 20 bacterial cultures, capsules for the joints, a brain-and-heart formula with ginkgo and hawthorn, a herb-and-berry concentrate and a lupin-based protein powder. For its supplements, the company says the range is fully vegan and free from genetically modified ingredients, lactose, gluten and a list of additives such as gelatine, flavourings and preservatives.

The skincare line is much smaller. BJH sells it under the name Sauerstoff-Kosmetik (oxygen cosmetics), also called O2-Schönheitspflege, and describes it as an anti-ageing series for both women and men, with some products aimed at the whole family. The main items are:

- Creme Multiaktiv plus, which the brand describes as a two-in-one cream and lotion. It comes in two sizes, and the larger one is also marketed for the care of tattooed skin. - AugenFein Serum, an eye-area booster built around what the company calls a Hyaluron-Trikomplex, a hyaluronic acid complex. - AntiNarben-FaltenCreme, a hyaluronic acid cream that BJH says smooths wrinkles and scars. - ZahnFein Fluid, a mint-and-herb fluid for the teeth, gums and fresh breath, which the company presents as a product found only at BJH.

According to BJH, its oxygen cosmetics contain no PEG compounds, no silicones and no microplastics, and are gentle, economical in use and kind to the environment. The brand also says its textures are made using a natural process protected by a German patent [2], though it does not give a patent number.

On manufacturing, the company states that production takes place in Germany to high environmental and quality standards, and that every production batch is checked by an independent German laboratory, which it does not name. BJH describes its products in general as suitable for people with diabetes, vegan and not tested on animals. No third-party certification, such as a vegan or cruelty-free label, is documented for the brand.

For distribution, BJH says its products can be ordered in any pharmacy, since they carry a PZN, the central pharmacy number used in Germany [2]. The company also sells directly through its own online shop, which operates under two web addresses.

Science & innovation

The scientific basis for the brand's claims comes from the company itself, and BJH is open about its limits. In its legal notes on cosmetics, it states that its statements are based on research by the Institut Natur- & Resonanzforschung and reflect personal interpretations. The same text says they make no claim to be complete, carry no legal validity and are not scientifically recognized documentation [6].

That notice also describes the scale of the company's own testing: it says its studies involved 20 people aged between 21 and 87 [6]. It adds that its statements follow "CBM & resonance medicine" and do not replace a doctor or therapist, nor do they amount to a diagnosis.

No independent study of BJH products, and no peer-reviewed research on the company's resonance concepts, is documented.

Recognition

BJH says that its products and methods have won several prizes. The only award it names is the Deutscher Industriepreis für Forschung und Entwicklung, a German industry prize for research and development [2]. The company gives no year or category for it, and the award has not been independently confirmed.

Current status

BJH is active. The Swiss commercial register lists BJH - Natur- und Resonanzforschung AG as an active company, with its latest publication, the address change in Zug, dated 19 December 2025 [9]. The brand's online shop was trading in 2026, and its legal notice was last updated in July 2025.
