Overview
Cellexia Labs, usually shortened to Cellexia, is an anti-aging skincare brand aimed at mature skin. It is operated by Cellexia Ltd, a company registered in Ireland with its registered office in Dublin [4], while its products are, according to the company, made in Italy [2]. The brand sells mainly direct to consumers through its own website, which is published in English and German versions.
Cellexia markets its whole range under the name Precision Beauty™, presenting each product as a treatment for one specific sign of aging, such as deep wrinkles, the eye area or the lips. The brand began to receive press coverage in 2025 and remains active.
Origin
Little is publicly known about how Cellexia began. The brand does not name its founders, tell a founding story or identify the people who develop its formulas. Its legal notice lists two company directors, and an Irish company-registry service records two shareholders [12]; neither source describes any of these people as founders. According to the same legal notice, CELLEXIA® is a registered trademark of Cellexia Ltd.
The company presents its products as cosmetics regulated under the European Union's Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, with Ireland's Health Products Regulatory Authority named as the supervising body. Cellexia also says every product is notified on the EU's Cosmetic Products Notification Portal and undergoes a safety assessment by a qualified toxicologist before it goes on sale.
Philosophy & positioning
Precision Beauty™ is the idea that holds the brand together. Cellexia uses the term for its overall approach rather than for any single ingredient, and says it created the concept to close the gap between traditional skincare and medical procedures [2]. Its German homepage frames the pitch more sharply: ordinary anti-aging products, it argues, take the same approach for every user, while medical treatments are invasive and risky, and Precision Beauty™ promises professional results without a visit to the doctor.
The brand sets out five principles behind its formulas: pharmaceutical-grade active complexes, precisely calibrated concentrations, targeted application formats, professional purity and guaranteed premium quality. Its science page adds that each formula contains up to four times the concentration of active ingredients found in conventional products, and that the company puts its money into precision rather than marketing.
The English-language site describes the same principles in noticeably milder terms. Where the German text speaks of pharmaceutical-grade ingredients validated by pharmaceutical experts, the English version refers to high-performance formulas evaluated by skincare professionals.
Outside commentary has echoed the targeted angle. Hollywood Life described Cellexia as a European anti-aging line focused on targeted formulas, suited to women who want something more advanced than a basic moisturiser but less drastic than in-office procedures [11]. Besides its direct sales, the company advertises a wholesale programme aimed at clinics, salons, retailers and distributors.
Products & innovation
The range is small and built around specific areas of the face. The German homepage labels the Deep Wrinkle Filler Gel as the brand's number one bestseller. There, Cellexia describes the gel as an elastomer blend that imitates the structure of youthful skin and fills deep wrinkles; the English site says, more modestly, that it forms a gentle veil on the skin's surface to visually soften wrinkles on contact.
Alongside the gel sit the Cellular Renewal Cream, the Eye Lifting Serum and a lip-plumping formula promoted for fuller-looking lips. The company says the eye serum uses a stabilising peptide film to smooth the look of wrinkles around the eyes. For the lip product, the German site advertises clinical testing, visible results after 15 minutes and an effect lasting up to six hours [1].
Cellexia names three featured ingredients: SYN-AKE®, Matrixyl 3000® and Grant-X. In its review of the gel, the UK site Female First described SYN-AKE as a peptide that mimics the effects of snake venom, Matrixyl 3000 as a well-researched collagen booster, and Grant-X as the brand's proprietary polymer blend, which creates an immediate filling effect by forming a flexible film in wrinkle grooves.
Science & innovation
Cellexia's strongest scientific claims appear in its German-language material. Its German science page says every formula is based on research awarded the 2009 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, which showed how telomeres protect cells from aging [3]. The brand names no study, laboratory or institution linking that research to its own products.
The claims also differ sharply by language. On the German homepage, the Cellular Renewal Cream is said to repair cellular aging by activating telomerase and removing senescent, or aged, cells [1]; the English homepage says only that it fights the visible signs of aging [6]. Similarly, the German site states that women saw measurable improvements within minutes in clinical studies, documented with imaging technology, while the English site speaks of product evaluations in which users saw visible improvements shortly after application [14].
On manufacturing, the company says its production meets the ISO 9001:2015 quality-management standard as well as GMP (good manufacturing practice) and HACCP hygiene and safety standards [5]. These certifications are self-declared: the page names no certifying body, certificate number or manufacturer, and its GMP paragraph refers to the production of food supplements rather than skincare.
Recognition & press
In September 2025 Female First published a 60-day first-person review of the Deep Wrinkle Filler Gel by Hanna Bach, who received the product for testing. She noted the brand's clinical figures of a 50 percent wrinkle reduction and a perceived age reduction of 5.5 years, but approached them with scepticism [10]. Over two months she reported softer forehead lines and eye-area wrinkles and slower change in the deep folds between nose and mouth, concluding that the gel was not a substitute for professional treatment of deep folds.
A week later, Hollywood Life published an unbylined article headlined as a look at a skincare brand gaining attention in Hollywood, although it names no celebrities. It summarised user-reported benefits such as a lightweight, fast-absorbing texture, alongside drawbacks including small bottles, premium pricing, shipping issues and possible irritation from the light menthol and perfume.
Current status
Cellexia is active. Its English website carries a 2026 copyright notice, the Irish company filed its latest annual accounts in November 2025, and new customer reviews were still appearing on its Trustpilot profile at the end of September 2026 [13]. The company claimed that profile in October 2025; it shows a score of 4.8 out of 5 from about 4,500 reviews, and Trustpilot notes that the company has not replied to negative reviews. On its own website, Cellexia says it has more than 50,000 customers and offers a 60-day money-back guarantee.
