It belongs to Elfa Group, a cosmetics holding founded in Ukraine in 1997 that today runs a portfolio of around fifteen brands and manufactures across Poland, Slovakia and Ukraine [2]. Dr. Santé originated within Elfa Group, the Ukrainian holding that began in 1997 as a cosmetics distributor before developing its own brands.
