Overview
Fluff is a Polish brand of natural and vegan cosmetics, based in Wilkowice in southern Poland. It belongs to the Nacomi Group, a Polish natural-cosmetics producer, and is generally described as a younger sister brand to the group's flagship line, Nacomi [8][11]. Fluff sells skincare, body care and fragrance, built around a playful "superfood for skin" idea and aimed primarily at a young, Gen Z audience [7]. The brand remains active: its own site posted contest and collaboration announcements as recently as May 2026.
Fluff first drew public attention in 2020, when Polish editorial coverage described it as a new cosmetics brand and one of its products was put forward for an industry recognition [9]. The company does not publish a founding date, named founders or its corporate ownership on its own pages, so much of its background is documented by third-party Polish media rather than by the brand itself.

Origin and ownership
Fluff is part of the Nacomi Group, which describes itself as a producer of natural cosmetics operating in Poland since 2013 [5]; a warehouse case study about the group's facilities instead gives 2012 as the starting year [12]. That date refers to the parent group, not to Fluff. The group's portfolio spans several sibling brands — among them Nacomi, Nacomi Next Level, Mom and who, Trust my sister, Elisium and Noxi — and, by its own account, more than 300 face, body and hair products, with roughly 40 new products added each year.
According to Polish strategy and editorial outlets, Fluff was created by a team of women and directs its range mainly at women [8]. No individual founders have been named publicly; sources refer only to a female team working within the Nacomi organisation. Notably, Fluff's own "About" page does not mention the connection to Nacomi at all — the relationship is established through outside coverage.
Philosophy and positioning
Fluff frames itself as more than a cosmetics line. On its about page the company calls it "a way of seeing the world and a nod to femininity," and elsewhere describes its products as "sweet skin care desserts with tempting fragrances and surprising textures." The brand's stated values are natural, vegan, cruelty-free and "superfood" formulation, with food-inspired scents such as raspberry, cherry, vanilla and almond running through the range.
The positioning is youth-oriented and openly playful. The Polish drugstore chain Rossmann profiles Fluff as a brand "by Gen Z for Gen Z," crediting its colourful packaging, appealing scents and light textures, and noting that its products frequently sell out and that it "sets trends rather than following them" [7]. Marketing leans heavily on limited editions, contests and collaborations rather than conventional advertising.
Products and ingredients
Fluff's catalogue covers face care (cleansing gels, milks, creams, mists and an SPF50 cream), body care, and fragrance, alongside accessories such as face rollers, gua sha tools and even a cosmetics fridge. Signature items include the Glowy Body Jelly collection and the Candy Lip Balm, while Rossmann singles out the brand's face milks, calling them "already iconic" products that can serve as serums, masks, creams or makeup bases [7].
The "superfood" concept is reflected in the ingredients the brand highlights: kumquat extract, tiger milk, rice proteins, blueberry extract, jojoba oil and argan oil. As part of the Nacomi Group, Fluff's products fall under a group-wide standard described as free from allergens, mineral oil, parabens, PEG, SLS/SLES, phthalates and microplastics [5].
Distribution
Fluff is sold through its own online store and through Polish drugstores, most prominently Rossmann, the country's largest drugstore chain, as well as Super-Pharm. This multi-channel approach places an indie, trend-driven brand on mainstream retail shelves. Its products are manufactured in Poland, at the Nacomi Group's facility in Wilkowice [12].
Recognition
Fluff's early public profile was helped by an Influencer's Top 2020 nomination, which named its Raspberry & Almond Makeup Removing Balm [9]. Since then the brand has been covered by several Polish lifestyle and retail outlets and has run a steady stream of collaborations — including tie-ins with Everybody London, Many Mornings and Rossmann — that keep it visible to its target audience.
Current status
Fluff is an active brand. Its blog and contest pages show continuous activity through 2026, with the most recent post dated 29 May 2026 and multiple collaborations launched in the preceding months. Its reach is primarily within Poland, where it is published and sold, with some international visibility through selected retailers.
