Founded by Jean-David Jacoby, who had been passionate about Greece since a childhood trip to Santorini and spent ~20 years in the luxury/fragrance industry before launching Hellenist in 2024 to unite his passions for Greece and scent creation.

Ingredients & philosophy
A Parisian niche perfume house inspired by Greece and Greek mythology and made in France, framing perfume as memory: it calls itself a 'temple of memories' and aims to build 'bridges between past and present' through high perfumery.
