KESEM

Founder Petra Uzan, who had persistently problematic skin, lived in Israel for nearly two years (studying Hebrew and working at the Czech Embassy's commercial department in Tel Aviv), discovered Dead Sea cosmetics there, began bringing products home in suitcases for family and friends, and — after their enthusiastic response — started importing Dead Sea cosmetics commercially to the Czech Republic under the KESEM brand.

KESEM ('miracle' in Hebrew) is built around bringing the mineral-rich resources of the Dead Sea into everyday skincare, body and hair care, positioning its products as both cosmetic care and a route to skin healing and relief, formulated without parabens, mineral oils or SLS.
