NCM

NCM is a German brand of natural cosmetics and dietary supplements, sold by a small mail-order company in Oberhaching, a municipality in the Munich district of Bavaria. The company trades under the name "NCM – Nahrungsergänzung & Naturkosmetik", German for dietary supplements and natural cosmetics, and its own product line carries the same three letters. That line sits inside a much larger online shop that mostly stocks other manufacturers' brands.

The NCM range is unusually mixed. Peel-off face masks, body creams and single-ingredient plant oils share the brand name with vitamin drops, a CBD oil and grapefruit seed extract. The company publishes no history, mission statement or founder story for the brand, so its profile is defined largely by what it sells.

The brand belongs to the company that runs the ncm.de shop. According to the legal notice on its website, that company is NCM Nahrungsergänzung & Naturkosmetik GmbH, entered in the commercial register at the Munich district court and led by managing director Reinhard Schopf [3].

Outside listings spell the company name differently. Key to Bavaria, the Bavarian state company database, records it as NCM Nahrungsergänzung & Naturcosmetic GmbH [9], and the online pharmacy Shop Apotheke names "Ncm Nahrungsergaenzung Naturcosmetic GmbH" as the manufacturer of the NCM-branded products it sells [10]. The legal notice and the database give the same address in Oberhaching, the same telephone number and the same managing director, which indicates a single company appearing under two spellings: "Naturkosmetik" on its own site and "Naturcosmetic" in the outside listings.

The two outside descriptions also differ on what kind of business it is. Key to Bavaria classes the firm as a distributor in the food sector, offering dietary supplements "in small and large quantities", and gives eight employees at the site [9]. Shop Apotheke, by contrast, lists it as the manufacturer. Whether NCM products are made in-house or by contract manufacturers is not publicly documented. No investors, acquisitions or sister companies are documented either.

NCM is first of all a shop. The ncm.de brand directory lists 32 entries, among them the cosmetics brands Argital, Basis, Cerabella, Haut-Ségala and Jacob Hooy, as well as scented candles, hanging mobiles and natural combs [4]. The company's own line is one entry in that directory, with 37 items. Beyond product listings, the brand page offers no descriptive text about NCM's origins, values or production standards.

The slogan that runs across the site, "Premium Naturkosmetik zu fairen Preisen" (premium natural cosmetics at fair prices), describes the store as a whole rather than the NCM line in particular [1]. The shop also advertises personal advice by telephone, a service aimed at the private customers it sells to. Shop Apotheke describes NCM as offering "a broad range of natural cosmetic products for men and women, as well as dietary supplements".

"Naturkosmetik" is the company's own description, not a certification. No third-party natural or organic certification, and no brand-wide vegan or cruelty-free claim, is documented for NCM. The word "bio" (organic) appears in the name of one product, an anti-cellulite cream listed by Shop Apotheke.

The NCM line reads less like a coordinated collection than a catalogue of individual products, many of them named after a single ingredient [5]. Its facial skincare includes a series of peel-off masks made with fresh fig, pineapple, coffee or green clay, a frankincense cream (Weihrauch-Creme) and the RMS ampoules, which are sold for acne-prone skin. A rose-glycerine hand cream completes the cosmetic side.

Plant oils make up a large share of the range. The brand sells black cumin oil (also called nigella oil), evening primrose oil, a lily oil under the name Lilior, a sesame oil described as protective, and Chilean rosehip oil sold as Rosa Mosqueta. Ozonized olive oil heads the NCM brand page; Shop Apotheke files the same product under supplements and food rather than cosmetics.

Body care centres on wrapping. NCM offers a Body Wrapping Creme, a three-piece body-wrapping set and the wrapping film used with it. The Wild Yam Gel, sold "für die Frau" (for women), appears among the ten top products on the shop's bestseller page [2].

The other half of the line has little to do with cosmetics. The NCM name also appears on astaxanthin drops, liquid vitamin B12, a CBD oil, Vivilact ampoules, grapefruit seed extract, spirulina tablets, a Schwedenelixier and a product against itching from insect bites.

Alongside the NCM entry, the shop carries a Q10 skincare range of creams, serums, ampoules, a cleansing gel, a lip balm and capsules. The shop presents it as an energy-giving care concept for face and body, built around coenzyme Q10, hyaluronic acid, vitamins and oils of borage, avocado and macadamia [8]. The brand directory lists "Q 10" as an entry of its own, separate from NCM, yet Shop Apotheke sells two of its creams under the NCM name, as "NCM Q10 Vitalpflege 24 Stunden Creme" and "NCM Q10 Antifalten Vitalpflege" [10]. The company does not say whether Q10 is part of the NCM brand.

NCM is active. The ncm.de shop is online, the NCM line is listed with current products, and the customer review page carries reviews dated from May to September 2026, the most recent on 10 September 2026 [7]. The shop states that only customers who actually bought the item in its online store can publish reviews.

The business is conducted in German, with Germany as its main market; the Bavarian company database also names Austria as a target country [9]. The company maintains Instagram and Facebook accounts. No international distribution, awards or independent press coverage of the brand are documented.
