Its products are fronted by Verona Pooth, a German television personality, model and entrepreneur, who is described on the brand's own pages as the driving force behind its product development.

The two dates reflect different things: brand operations under the Pacific Healthcare name appear to have begun in 2021, whereas the 2025 date marks the current limited-liability entity rather than the original launch.

That shift in legal structure also explains a change in leadership. In its earlier incarnation as Pacific Healthcare AG, the company was led by Laura Caravante, according to a German editorial review [11]. The brand's current legal notice lists Marcel Spieler as managing director of PHC Skincare GmbH [6]. The precise relationship between the two entities — whether rebrand, restructure or reassignment — is not spelled out in the sources available. Both were registered at Düsseldorf addresses.

The company glosses its initials as "pure, high-performance, caring skincare," and frames its purpose around supporting women through every stage of life in preserving their skin. According to PHC, its formulas are dermatologically tested and built on highly concentrated active ingredients, an approach it pairs with supplements for what it calls a holistic, inside-and-out routine. The brand summarises its outlook with the line "Self-Love is not a luxury but an essential form of self-care," and states an aspiration to be "present in every bathroom by 2030."

The company states that its products are manufactured exclusively in Germany and are vegan and free of animal testing [7], and German editorial coverage additionally notes the absence of silicones and parabens. PHC also points to certification from Dermatest, an independent dermatological testing institute, saying several of its bestsellers received the top "SEHR GUT" (very good) rating [1]. It runs a live e-commerce site with German, Spanish-locale and English storefronts, maintains accounts on Instagram and TikTok under the handle phc.beauty, and has continued to introduce products such as the Deepcell Tonic.
