Summary

Overview

Rejuval, styled ReJuval® on its website, is a German anti-ageing brand owned by HCLM Health GmbH, a company based in Iffezheim, Germany [2]. The brand is built around a two-part idea: a face cream meant to work on the skin "from outside" and a food-supplement capsule meant to work "from inside". Its German tagline, "innovative Zellregeneration", frames the whole range as a matter of cell renewal.

The brand remains active. Its capsule is still sold in 2026, now under the name "Botanical Health - REJUVAL ANTI AGE" in the owner's own online shop, while the original rejuval.de website has seen little change since 2024 [5]. The brand's public presence is in German, and no source shows it marketed outside the German-speaking market.

Origin & founders

When Rejuval was launched, and by whom, has not been made public. The brand website has no history or founder page, and it carries a 2022 copyright line. The operating company, HCLM Health, appears in the German commercial register first as HCLM Health UG, registered at the District Court of Frankfurt am Main, and later as HCLM Health GmbH at the District Court of Mannheim [8]. Its registered purpose is the production, marketing and trade of health products, in particular food supplements and cosmetics.

The register lists Moritz Gölkel as a former managing director; he was replaced by Jonas Renz in April 2024 [8]. Renz is also named as the company's legal representative on the brand website. Neither man is described in any source as the brand's founder.

Ownership

Rejuval belongs to HCLM Health GmbH, whose address is Nordring 8 in Iffezheim. The brand website states the ownership directly, with a footer link to "further products from HCLM Health" [1]. The same legal entity, with the same register number and VAT identification, also operates the Botanical Health online shop [6].

The register records a series of corporate changes in 2024. The company moved its headquarters from Frankfurt am Main to Iffezheim in the spring of that year, a "Botanical Health" wordmark was entered in October, and in November a profit-transfer entry naming RCM Holding 2 GmbH was added [8]. The register does not spell out what the arrangement means for the brand.

Under the Botanical Health name, HCLM Health sells a small range of supplements grouped as women's health, men's health, energy and recovery, hair, and anti-age. Rejuval's capsule sits in the anti-age group, alongside products such as Lady Passion, Motivital Energy and Sleep Well.

Philosophy & positioning

The brand's pitch rests on pairing two very different products. The homepage opens with three short promises: clinically confirmed wrinkle reduction, a "two-fold effect from inside and outside", and "100% Made in Germany" [1]. The cream is presented as the outward half, the capsules as the inward half.

To explain the inward half, the website sets out its own account of ageing. It ties the process to telomeres, the protective ends of the chromosomes that shorten as cells divide, and to sirtuins, a family of enzymes it describes as involved in DNA stability and repair. The capsules are then presented as a nutritional answer to this process. These are the company's framing and explanations, not independent findings.

The owner's Botanical Health shop adds its own set of promises for the supplement range. According to the company, its formulas are developed in Germany together with experts, every health claim is checked against the rules of the European Food Safety Authority, each batch is tested by independent laboratories, and the products are made under the FSSC 22000 food-safety standard [7]. The shop also states that it is a member of NEM e.V. and that its products are vegan and free from lactose and gluten.

Products & innovation

### The cream

The ReJuval Creme is an anti-ageing face cream. The company describes its formula as a peptide complex. Three named peptides, Argireline, Matrixyl and Syn-Ake, are presented on the website as "Bio-Botox", ingredients said to imitate the effect of Botox by relaxing facial expression and to give an immediate firming effect [1]. The site states that these ingredients measurably reduce wrinkle depth.

The cream also contains what the brand calls a "3-fold" hyaluronic acid, meant to hydrate the upper layers of the skin while firming deeper ones. An orchid extract, enriched with tocopherol (a form of vitamin E), completes the list of highlighted ingredients. Rejuval says the cream is made in Germany; the vegan statement on its website refers to the capsules, not to the cream.

### The capsules

The second product is a food supplement sold as a one-month supply of 60 capsules, taken twice a day. On rejuval.de the capsule formula is described as combining six ingredients: NMN and resveratrol, which the site calls "the new trend among ageing researchers", together with zinc, thiamine, chromium and green tea extract [1].

The two company sources do not agree on the first of these ingredients. The rejuval.de homepage names NMN. The current listing in the owner's Botanical Health shop instead names nicotinamide, which it describes as an "NMN precursor", and its ingredient list contains no NMN [5]. The same listing gives resveratrol as a knotweed root extract and green tea extract standardised for polyphenols and EGCG, with zinc citrate, thiamine and chromium(III) chloride. No date for the change is published, and the version shown on rejuval.de may reflect an older formula.

The shop listing carries the usual supplement advisories. It states that the capsules should not be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by anyone under 18, should not be taken on an empty stomach, and should not be combined on the same day with other green tea products. The owner describes the product as made in Germany to pharmacy quality.

No third-party certifications, awards or independent press coverage of the brand are documented.

Current status

Rejuval is active. The capsules are offered in 2026 in the Botanical Health shop, which ships within Germany and to Austria. The brand's own website, rejuval.de, was last updated in June 2024 [4] and links out to online pharmacies rather than presenting new products. Taken together, the sources point to a brand whose supplement half has been folded into the owner's wider Botanical Health range, while the original two-product website remains online largely unchanged.
