BusyB is a Czech women's cosmetics brand created in 2023 as a sister line to the men's grooming label Angry Beards [7][9]. Based in Třebíč in the Czech Republic, it grew out of a simple observation: the company found that women were already using Angry Beards' men's products, particularly its anti-chafing cream. Rather than fold a women's range into the existing brand, founder Tomáš Čech launched a separate label aimed specifically at women [8].

BusyB began with customer research carried out by Angry Beards. According to founder Tomáš Čech, women were buying the company's male-oriented products — above all an anti-chafing cream — and the team decided to give them a dedicated alternative. "Our products designed for men were also being used by women," he told the Czech business outlet CzechCrunch. "We thought we should meet their needs so they wouldn't have to borrow men's products, so we built a second brand" [8].

The brand launched on 14 July 2023, announced through Czech press as "new cosmetics for women from Angry Beards" [9]. Its first two products were AntiRub Move It, an anti-chafing cream for thighs and the underbreast area, and Handjob, a hand cream.

BusyB is owned by Angry Beards s.r.o., the Czech company behind the Angry Beards men's grooming range. Sources differ on when the parent was founded: Czech Wikipedia and the company's own about-us page place its founding in 2017, noting that its first products launched at Christmas that year [7], while a CzechCrunch profile gives 2018, which likely reflects the date of incorporation [8]. BusyB itself, in either case, dates to 2023.

Angry Beards was founded by Tomáš Čech, who held a majority stake in the company as of 2024. The group operates from Třebíč, where production takes place, and BusyB is made at the same facility. Alongside BusyB, the company has developed other lines, including a men's underwear brand, CalmB.

BusyB presents itself as a "sisterhood" brand for women, a theme reflected even in its contact address, which uses the Czech word for sisterhood. Its central message is "The world belongs to B," paired with a promise of "functional hacks to make your toughest days easier" [1].

The positioning leans on the parent's heritage rather than away from it. Marketing describes the products as "tested on a man's tough skin, fine-tuned purely for us girls" — framing them as robust, function-first formulas adapted for women. A Czech retailer characterises the range as functional cosmetics for people who want to feel fresh throughout the day. Pricing sits at the affordable, drugstore end rather than the prestige tier, in line with the parent company's stated aim of making quality products at accessible prices.

The BusyB range covers anti-chafing creams, antiperspirant sprays, dry and solid shampoos, hand creams, lip balms and eau de toilette fragrances. Named products include the FreshPit antiperspirant spray and the Liplick lip balms.

The Handjob hand cream illustrates the brand's formulation approach, combining ingredients such as niacinamide (vitamin B3), hyaluronic acid, panthenol, argan and grapeseed oils, and plant extracts including immortelle and daisy. On its product pages the company states that the line is "proudly produced in Czechia" and, in the parent brand's characteristically flippant phrasing, says it does not test on animals [6].

The brand's launch drew coverage from Czech outlets including České novinky and CzechCrunch in 2023 [9][8]. Its first product made an early impression: according to CzechCrunch, the AntiRub anti-chafing cream sold through a planned six-month inventory within a month of release [8].

BusyB is active. Product listings appear on the Angry Beards website under the BusyB line, with prices shown in euros and a site footer dated 2026 [1]. A 2026 CzechCrunch article indicated that BusyB could not be developed as extensively as originally planned, as the parent company refocused on Angry Beards, but the line continues to be sold through the company's e-shop and partner retailers.
