MKS eco is an American hair and body care line owned by Earthly Body, Inc., a family-owned company based in Los Angeles. It is the rebranded continuation of Marrakesh, a professional argan-oil hair care range founded in 1996 [1]. In August 2021 the line was renamed MKS eco and moved to recyclable glass and aluminium packaging, keeping its original formulations [2].

Earthly Body was established in 1996 by Kevin and Marie Wachs in Los Angeles, and Marrakesh launched as part of its portfolio [3]. The defining change came in August 2021, when Marrakesh was rebranded as MKS eco. According to The Tease, the line "underwent a sustainable transformation, changing its name to MKS eco while maintaining its original formulations," switching to packaging the brand describes as 100% recyclable glass and aluminium [4]. The legacy name persists at retail, where the older domain notes that "Marrakesh Hair Care is now MKS eco" [1].
