Overview
Long4Lashes is a Polish cosmetics brand specialising in lash, brow, hair and nail products, best known for its eyelash-growth serums. It has been on the market since 2013 [1] and is produced by Oceanic S.A., a family-owned pharmaceutical-cosmetic company based in Sopot, Poland [2]. The brand remains active and is sold across more than 45 markets through Oceanic's distributor network [3].
Its commercial identity rests on a single, repeated promise: visible results within weeks. The line built outward from one bestselling lash serum into a small family of related products, all manufactured in Poland and tested, according to the company, under the supervision of dermatologists, allergists and ophthalmologists.

Origin and ownership
Long4Lashes was launched in 2013 by Oceanic S.A. Oceanic itself dates back to 1982, when it was established in Sopot as a pharmaceutical-cosmetic laboratory by Zenon I. Soszyński (1914–1987) [2]. The company remained in family hands after his death, passing to his wife and son, and is currently led by Dorota Soszyńska as owner. Oceanic obtained pharmaceutical GMP certification in 2003, which it presents as part of the formulation know-how behind its consumer brands.
The founders of the Long4Lashes line specifically are not publicly named; the brand appears to have originated from an internal Oceanic team rather than a single individual. Within the Oceanic portfolio it sits alongside sister brands including AA Cosmetics, AA Wings of Color, L'Biotica and Biovax, as well as the closely related Lift4Skin skincare line. Products are developed and made at Oceanic's factory in Trąbki Małe, near Gdańsk in Poland.
The brand's original domain, long4lashes.com, now redirects to a Long4Lashes section of the parent company's shop at oceanic.pl, indicating that brand operations have been consolidated under Oceanic rather than run from a standalone site. Regional storefronts and distributors handle individual markets; the Malta-facing shop, for example, trades as Long4LashesMT under Venus Distribution Malta.
Products and formulation
The brand's first product, the Lash Booster Serum, became a bestseller in the eyelash-conditioner category and seeded the wider range [2]. The line later expanded into the Lift4Skin creams, Long 4 Hair shampoos and conditioners, and Long 4 Nails polishes, along with a Fabulash mascara and an eyebrow serum. Pricing sits in the drugstore-to-mid range rather than the luxury tier.
The lash serums are built around prostaglandin-analogue actives, the same class of ingredient used in prescription lash treatments. Here the brand's formulation history runs into a documented split. The current FX5 Power Formula serum uses isopropyl cloprostenate, an active the brand presents as part of its EU-compliant reformulation, combined with a brand-named Penthasymin Complex and pro-vitamin B5 [5]. Older and distributor-marketed versions, however, list bimatoprost as the active: the Malta storefront describes bimatoprost as "the most effective compound" for stimulating lash growth, and a third-party ingredient database records it in the serum's INCI list [6]. The shift from bimatoprost to isopropyl cloprostenate reflects tightening EU cosmetics rules around the former; both actives may still circulate depending on the market and the specific product. Supporting ingredients across the range include hyaluronic acid, panthenol, allantoin and sweet almond oil [6].
For the FX5 serum, Oceanic reports a self-assessment study in which 97% of participants agreed their lashes were left longer, 84% denser and 77% thicker with regular use, with first results said to be noticeable after four weeks [5]. The brand's headline marketing claim is "Visible Results in 3 Weeks!". As with prostaglandin-based lash products generally, the category carries a known side-effect profile, and some users report irritation.
Nordic distribution
Long4Lashes reached the Nordic region through a distribution agreement rather than direct expansion. In 2016, Galaxa Pharma, a subsidiary of the CS Medica group, signed an agreement with Oceanic S.A. to represent its Long4Lashes and Lift4Skin lines [7]. A market launch followed in 2017, with online sales through Matas and other e-commerce platforms [7].
Recognition
Within Poland the brand has been positioned as the number-one eyelash conditioner in its category, a claim carried in trade coverage of an Oceanic digital campaign [8]. The same coverage notes that the serum was given the title "Cosmetic of All Time" by reviewers on the Polish beauty community site wizaz.pl [8]. No formal industry awards for the brand are documented in available sources.
Current status
The brand is active. It is sold across more than 45 markets via Oceanic's distributor network, including retailers such as Notino, Matas and Amazon UK, alongside regional storefronts [3]. The most recent dated activity on the Malta distributor's site is from January 2024, while the parent company has continued marketing and line extensions through 2024 and 2025.
